The performance of B.Well rehab compression hosiery is tested to the requirements of British standard BS 6612.
The HATRA test has confirmed that the distributed pressure corresponds to the physiological one. It means that these products actually help pump the venous blood from your legs back towards your heart. The pressure exerted on superficial ankle veins corresponds to the values of the claimed compression class, while the compression therapeutic effect of the hosiery continues throughout the guarantee period.

Product was developed, verified and supervised by B.Well Swiss AG, Switzerland. Applied Swiss control system assures high quality, endurance and safety of all B.Well products.

Graduated or Distributed CompressionB.Well rehab socks ensure physiological pressure on superficial veins: the panty-hose are tightest at the ankles (18–22 mmHg), and gradually become less constrictive towards the calves, while in the thigh area the compression is minimal. Thus, the compression stockings facilitate the redistribution of the blood flow to deep veins, increase the blood flow to the head and reduce the risk of thromboembolic complications.

JW-315 B.Well rehab semi-transparent compression panty-hose, compression class I (18–22 mmHg), for the treatment of chronic venous insufficiency and prevention of deep vein thrombosis.

The mechanism of action is based on distributed (graduated) pressure: the panty-hose are tightest at the ankles (18–22 mmHg), and gradually become less constrictive towards the calves, while in the thigh area the compression is minimal.

The semi-transparent hosiery were designed by B. Well rehab experts specifically for cold weather. These products have denser texture which helps ensure masking effect.

Fitting and application:
Compression hosiery should be put on in the morning before your legs swell. Before putting on your compression hosiery, make sure that your hands are prepared: there are no rings on your fingers, the nails are neatly trimmed, there are no hangnails.
Recommended usage:
Unless otherwise recommended by your doctor, compression hosiery should be worn during the day to prevent swelling. If you take your compression stockings off during the day, they should be put back on after 10–15 minutes of relaxation with your legs up.
